Pest control for individuals in Paris & Île-de-France

Our support

End-to-end support, from the first call to peace of mind

From your first contact, a SOS 4D Paris advisor takes the time to listen to your situation, assess the urgency and direct you to the right protocol. The appointment is set at a time that suits you, during the day, in the evening or on weekends, and the technician informs you before arriving to preserve your schedule and peace of mind. On site, the inspection is thorough: locating entry points, precisely identifying the species, assessing the level of infestation and examining the factors specific to your home.

The treatment is then carried out with the protocols best suited to your setup and the possible presence of children or pets: residual spraying, heat treatment, cryogenics, application of bait gels or secure bait stations. At the end of the service, we take the time to explain what was done, the precautions to follow in the following hours and the prevention steps to adopt daily to avoid any recurrence.

Our support doesn't stop at your front door: an intervention report is provided for any dealings with your property manager or insurer, and our team remains reachable to answer your questions and trigger a new intervention under the written results guarantee if the pest reappears within the covered period. A scheduled follow-up visit — particularly useful for bed bugs, rats or German cockroaches — can be added as an option and is then subject to a dedicated quote, independent of the initial treatment.
