Every SOS 4D Paris intervention takes place within a recognised professional framework: 4D technicians trained and holding the Certibiocide certification (issued by a body approved by the Ministry of Ecological Transition), protocols aligned with the European standard NF EN 16636 applicable to pest management providers, and Professional Civil Liability Insurance coverage specific to the sector. After every visit, we systematically provide a written results guarantee along with a detailed intervention report and — for our professional clients — the pest control log (registre 3D) kept up to date to meet IFS, BRC, AFNOR audits and hygiene inspections (DDPP).

We wear full protective gear — full-body suit, cartridge filter mask, overgloves and overboots — whenever an intervention warrants it, whether it's a residual chemical treatment, a virucidal disinfection or the removal of a wasp nest at height. This rigour guarantees your safety as well as ours, and allows us to cover every situation encountered across Île-de-France, from a Parisian studio to a logistics warehouse.
Our Professional Civil Liability coverage specific to the pest management sector protects you in the event of a rare but always possible material incident, and a certificate of intervention along with a detailed report are systematically issued after each visit, whether it's a one-off mission for an individual or a maintenance contract for a professional subject to audit.
From canine detection to thermal spraying, including sealing access points and installing prevention devices, every step is carried out with recent, well-maintained professional equipment. Our vehicles are equipped with thermal generators, ULV foggers, wall injectors and endoscopic inspection cameras to diagnose infestations even in the most inaccessible areas.
